Birds Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is the recipe for GBirds Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups cheddar
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella
  • .5 cups green onion
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. shred the chicken in a bowl
  2. add spices and mix
  3. add 3/4 buffalo sauce and 3/4 ranch
  4. keep adding and tasting until you like how it tastes
  5. add 1 cup of cheese and green onion and mix
  6. put in a ceramic dish and add remaining cheddar and mozzarella
  7. bake for 20 -30 mins at 375 until edges are bubbling and top is starting to brown
  8. take out and broil top layer of cheese until you get the desired darkness
